We understand that asking for help can be one of the hardest things a veteran ever does.
Sometimes a veteran doesn't need another website, another statistic, or another person telling them what they should do.
Sometimes they simply need someone to say:
"You're not alone. Let's figure this out."
Awaiting Further Instruction exists to help bridge that gap.
We want our customers to know that their purchase has a purpose. When they purchase personalized merchandise from us, they aren't simply buying a shirt, hoodie, hat, sticker, piece of artwork, or other product.
They're helping create another opportunity for a veteran to find the resource they need.

We also recognize that the "44" does not represent every veteran who has been lost to suicide, nor does it capture every person who has struggled, attempted, or reached a point of crisis.
Every number represents a life, but not every life lost can be represented by a number.
There are veterans whose stories never make it into a statistic, families carrying losses that will never appear on a chart, and people who are still quietly fighting battles no one else can see.
That is why Ending the 44 is more than a number to us.
It is a symbol of our commitment to making sure fewer veterans become another statistic—and that more veterans have access to connection, resources, support, and a reason to believe there is still a next step.
